PV for M&E – Evaluating Peace Building in Uganda

For this intensive Participatory Video project for PACT and Mercy Corps, we used the Most Significant Change method in combination with PV to find out how and why a peace building intervention worked in the North-East of Uganda. Part of the project was a capacity building component for local actors in order to reproduce this method for other Monitoring and Evaluation needs in the future. In this project I co-facilitated together with Neville Meyer from InsightShare and lead on the technical aspects of the training. We worked in the remote and formerly violent Karamoja region where pastoralism is the traditional way of life, now under threat from climate change and social pressures.
